Dr. Vineed graduated from the College of Engineering Trivandrum with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Then he joined the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, where he obtained his masters and PhD.
Before joining IIT Palakkad, he worked as an Assistant Professor at MNNIT Allahabad. His research interest is in refrigeration and externally heat-added engines.
